To start the second week of training, the doctoral candidates of INITIATE were given an introduction to Equalilty, Diversity and Inclusivity given by Elisabeth Müller Lysebo, designed to raise awareness of the future EU researchers into unconscious bias and accumulation of disadvantages and the importance of belonging.
